Food for Thought

I read a article which talked about food and culture. In Food for Thought, the author pointed out that we can find some specific symbols form a foreign cuisine. We can easy to get the clues from their food culture to see how people think and what is important for them.
I do not know is that the author use satirical type to write this article; however, I feel this person are very pride of " cheap ( or fast?) food" and looked down other food culture.
First, I can not agree that people call other political systems "Axis of Evil". You are not the god so that you do not know which is exactly truth. When your country destroyed the schools, hospitals, and families of other countries, do you think that they look you like you are "correct" and "justice"?
Second, it is true that cheap American brands go around the world. Because it is " cheap" but "reasonable". I do not think it should be glad that your countries food famous because it is easy to product or take place. Even though French food are complicated, so what? Not every one can cook vintage French food; as a result, no matter everywhere you want to eat good French food that are always expensive. What people eat are not only food but also culture.
I believe in that "culture is the most valuable industry." Because of globalization, people contact each other easily and quickly. You can get the information which from the whole world by the high technologies. However, it is not means everything should be same. How can we make everything same? Why should we make everything same? It is clear that globalization has a lot of advantages for human beings. But, it is also clear that stronger culture should not cover other weaker culture. How boring that there are only a few different cultures in the world. If you have to eat just only Big Mac everyday every meal, were you happy?
Yes, sometimes the difference between culture and culture go people nuts. But, it does not allow us look down other culture. We find different people's lifestyle thought out food receipt, the defference make our life vividly. I can not understand why the author wrote this article by using those words.
